PERSONA
From the strongest pattern we created a persona, and defined it as a ”Senior Norwegian, who wants to, but doesn’t have the necessary support to fully enjoy telecommunication”. With this persona the target group was defined, as well as the problem and the need. What we had found somewhat surprising was that many seniors really enjoyed using for example their iPhone, but didn’t have the necessary support and help to fully enjoy all its features.

We decided to name our persona Elise.
