After seeing the scenario played out, we already had some ideas on how to improve it. Even though it was just among ourselves, we consider this as our first test. For example, we underestimated the fact that seniors need more time in the beginning to get to know the technology. Afterward we split into two groups and went around asking people, while showing them pictures and describing to them the scenario from our roleplay. We also got a chance to present our idea to a Telenor representative who was thrilled about it, which gave us more confidence. We got a lot of feedback from the others, too. It was mostly positive, though we got some negative questions on why the seniors would call a person to their home whom they have never met before. It also came to our knowledge that senior citizens feel more comfortable with other elderly people.

After a while we met up again and gathered our thoughts. Our original idea of Telenor superhero was appearantly not as appealing to seniors as we originally thought it would be. We needed to come up with a different strategy. It was a difficult decision but it had to be done – we had to kill the baby we were - at the time of creation – most proud of. But the voices of people have spoken. Therefore, we had to rework our idea into its final state.

Since the time was running out, we were not able to test this new approach properly but we were confident that it would work. We then prepared for our final presentation – Patrick, our artist, created a very nice cardboard dictionary and manual for seniors to use – we tweaked our costumes and voila. We only had the last problem to solve – that is, we wanted to be the first ones to present, since we were so eager. We resolved it by playing rock-paper-scissors with another team, and we got the first spot.
