The first step of the defining process was to create a participant board with all the persons we had empathised with. We put each and one of them on a board, linking them to their opinions and needs. After that we created an affinity map, which basically implies that the opinions and needs no longer are linked to a certain persona but rather categorised with other similar ones. In this way it is possible to find patterns within the opinions and needs of senior people.
